Why should you get to know disabledgay?

I am a gay guy in a difficult position. I have been diagnosed (8 years ago) with a degenerative motor neuron condition that has affected my walking (use a crutch) and speech. As a result have become socially withdrawn and scared to meet other guys for recreational sex. Would like to make friends who can deal with my disability.
